How to enable Outbound Marketing In Customer Insights-Journeys | TrendingTechnology

As you may be aware, Microsoft has stopped providing the Outbound Marketing option in the newer environment because they currently want users to focus on real-time journeys due to AI and Copilot capabilities.

However, there are still cases where you cannot depend directly on real-time journeys, as in the example of social media posts, because that feature doesn't have any alternative in real-time journeys. So, in order to enable the outbound marketing feature in real-time journeys, you need to follow a certain process declared by Microsoft.

Microsoft has created a form that you can fill out if you have valid business reasons that require outbound marketing to be enabled in your environment.

Outbound Marketing Request Form

You need to fill out this form along with all necessary information, such as Tenant ID, Organization ID, email ID, etc.

After filling out this form, you will receive an email from the outbound marketing team, and they will enable the outbound marketing option from the backend for your environment.
